Finding a person with big dreams is very easy, but not every such person is ready to put in the hard work required for it. Life is not easy and greatness ain’t cheap. The fact that needs to be understood is that just sitting is going to get us nothing. We must face every challenge that life throws our way and still achieve our purpose. In this book of hers, Shelley Schuringhas explained how she lived a meaningful life along with MS, an incurable disease. The book is about learning to get things done without procrastinating because life is not a bed of roses for nobody.
MS=MINDSET is a book about overcoming odds and facing challenges. Yes, the journey can be difficult, but it is often through adversity that we grow and learns the most about ourselves. The narrative encourages readers to stay positive and focus on things they can control. A positive attitude can help you to stay motivated and resilient, even when things get tough. This book offers simple methods, tools, and guidance to give hope and the freedom to live the life you want.
WE do not need to talk about our 'difficult journey'. We all know that's true. The purpose of my memoir/ self help book is to inspire others through my example, and give them hope that they, too, can create a happier and more fulfilling life for themselves. I want to excite and energize my readers to dare to think and act outside the box!
Author Shelley Schuring, MA, is a speech and language pathologist/ audiologist and early intervention therapist and has built and owned three very diverse businesses. She has been fighting Multiple Sclerosis for more than 50 years with a strong will and optimistic mindset. A book for everyone! All people diagnosed with MS, from those just recently diagnosed to those living into the later years. This audience would include their families and caretakers, neurologists and other doctors, PT and OT, other therapists, etc.
My book is not only meant for the MS audience, but rather for all those who are living with chronic diseases/ depression/ etc
Here is what the readers said about their experience

This book is phenomenal. It spoke to me on every level! I realized that I need to identify specific goals and work towards achieving them. It helped give my life direction and purpose.

My son has struggled with MS for the last decade, and we have lost all hope. But this book helped me understand how building and maintaining meaningful relationships despite the struggles add richness and purpose to life.

Focusing on the things you are grateful for can help you find meaning and joy in your life, even in the face of challenges. THANK YOU, SHELLY!
